Charles Bordonaro

Charles Bordonaro serves as Senior Vice President, Investments for Highline Real Estate Partners. In his role, Charles is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and capitalizing new acquisitions and investments across real estate asset classes. Prior to joining Highline, he was responsible for executing more than $5 billion of real estate acquisitions and development through publicly traded REIT and private investment structures during his time at Medical Properties Trust (NYSE: MPW) and AWH Partners. Charles has acquired and developed real estate nationally, including hospitality, healthcare, retail, residential, and office properties. He also has extensive experience in residential and commercial construction through his time at Classic Structures Inc, based in New Jersey.

Charles holds his BA from Colgate University and his JD from Cardozo School of Law. He is an attorney in good standing in New York and New Jersey.
